With PROFIL’IMMO, you select your initial fixed-rate period for 3, 5, 7, or 10 years.
At the end of this initial fixed-rate period, according to interest rates opportunities you may decide to:
· continue for another fixed-rate period(1) with the same duration as the initial fixed-rate period,
· convert into a conventional fixed-rate loan(2).
If you do not select one of these options, your loan becomes a monthly variable mortgage.
(1) Fixed-rate determined according to the “Swap 3, 5, 7, or 10 years against Euribor”.
(2) Fixed-rate determined according to “the current Long Term Private Sector Rate”.
